    About The Sessions

    Location: Delaware Valley University

    • AI Boot Camp - Session 1: Friday, April 10th 10 AM and 1 PM
    • AI Boot Camp - Session 2: Friday, May 1st – 10 AM to 1 PM
    • AI Boot Camp - Session 3: Friday, May 29th - 10 AM to 1 PM
    • Applied AI User Group Sessions 1 – 3 will be scheduled by end of April but will be held between September 2026 and early November 2026.

The HR Executive AI Boot Camp consists of three (3) in-person, half-day intensive, hands-on sessions where participants actively build and deploy practical AI tools aligned to workforce strategy, compliance documentation, executive communications, and operational reporting.

The Boot Camp establishes a common foundation of AI fluency, governance awareness, and applied skills. This is not theory. Leaders bring their laptops, execute real prompts, design repeatable workflows, and build custom AI assistants they can implement immediately.

Upon completion, the cohort advances into three half-day, facilitator-led Applied AI User Group sessions. With a shared foundation established, participants collaborate on real-world HR use cases—streamlining workflows, augmenting service delivery, strengthening analytics, and responsibly automating recurring work.

In these sessions, executives work together on real-world HR challenges, including:

    • Streamlining and automating recurring workflows
    • Augmenting HR service delivery models
    • Enhancing analytics and reporting
    • Reducing compliance risk through structured AI support
    • Identifying scalable AI use cases across the enterprise

This extended format ensures the learning does not stop at skill acquisition. It becomes operational transformation.

The result is sustained capability—not just AI literacy or training. Participants leave with deployable tools, peer-tested applications, and a collaborative executive network accelerating practical, compliant AI adoption within the HR function.

    Program Outcomes
After completing the three (3) HR Executive AI Boot Camp and three (3) Applied AI User Group sessions, HR Executive participants will be able to:
    1. Set and communicate AI policy for their HR function, including what AI can assist with, what requires human judgment, and how to handle sensitive data
    2. Write effective prompts using the RTCF framework that produce targeted, usable output on the first attempt
    3. Build custom AI assistants that automate recurring HR workflows (job descriptions, communications, policy Q&A, data processing)
    4. Conduct structured research on compliance, benchmarks, and regulations — with proper source verification
    5. Analyze and visualize HR data using AI-assisted Excel formulas, pivot tables, and charts
    6. Extract and classify information from unstructured documents, meeting notes, and scanned materials
    7. Lead AI adoption in their organization with a practical, responsible framework their teams can follow.
    8. Confidently answer the question: "What's our AI strategy for the people function?"

    This Executive Program includes:

    • HR Executive AI Boot Camp (9 hours | in-person; hands-on instruction)
      plus
